One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the Chicago area is across the border in Indiana, in East Chicago, the city I was born in. It’s called Casablanca, and the gracious owner, Manuel, always wears all white! They used to have an Avaya Partner system in which I have seen various Partner telephones installed on the system. I haven’t been there in about a year and I noticed they now have an IP Office system complete with new 1400 digital telephones. They do still have their original “loud bells” which ring loudly when they get a phone call. You can see them to the left above the phone and Pope John Paul II in the first pic.
I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant and to try their chiles rellenos or shrimp fajaitas.
