Phone of the Day: Aastra 6757i SIP Telephone at the Fairfield Inn Downtown Milwaukee

I spotted this phone a few weeks ago at the hotel front desk of a Fairfield Inn in downtown Milwaukee.  It appears this hotel is using some type of SIP based IP PBX.  This is the thrid generation SIP phone developed by the former Nortel guys at Aastra.  The first SIP mimicked a M9417, the second SIP phone mimicked a Power Touch 390, and this set pictured is the third generation Aastra SIP set, currently now outpaced by the sleek fourth generation 6800 series SIP sets, now branded as Mitel.

Oh and the phone has Nortel Norstar ring tones.
